Meet Jo – Kangoo Jumps, Beginners Level Monday 11.30am
Jo is a fully qualified Kangoo Power, Kangoo Dance and Kangoo
Discovery fitness instructor and an avid fan of Unite in Fitness classes.
She works primarily with beginners to give them the confidence to
bounce their way into achieving their fitness goals.
Having been a dancer as a young adult, Kangoo is a class that truly
brings the joy back to fitness while protecting the joints. Physical and
mental health go hand in hand, and it helps if you can enjoy the process.
Jo aims to provide a supportive and nurturing environment to help

Meet Cobi – Yoga, Wednesday 19.45pm
I have developed my practice and understanding of the mind and
body through: Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Yin and Mindfulness,
Meditation, Breathwork, Sound, Yoga Nidra, Shakti Dance and more
recently, the wonderfully healing practice of Kemetic (African) Yoga.
I love travelling and having adventures and have been lucky enough to
host and teach on Retreats in wonderful locations, both in the UK and
abroad. I strongly believe in healing through Yoga, and I would love to share with you the tools and techniques that this beautiful practice brings.
