Cardio, Strength & Conditioning
Cardio and weights based toning fitness class. Exercises designed to build strength and stimulate muscle development through the use of increasing resistance
Classes
- Body Conditioning – A full body workout involving muscular strength and endurance to help shape and tone your muscles! This class combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body.
All levels and abilities welcome - Rebound Fitness – Aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini trampoline. Jumps can be fast or slow and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping.
Rebounding can help work the muscles in the legs, increase your endurance, and strengthen your bones, among a number of other benefits.

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being.

All levels and abilities welcome - Hot Yoga – Hot yoga is a more intense yoga performed in a room heated above normal room temperature. It can range in temperature between 26.6–37.7°C. It consists of 26 poses and a sequence of two breathing exercises.

Pilates
Our Pilates classes concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis
on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to
Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
Classes
- Advanced Pilates – this class will help you develop core strength and movement control as well as build definition and tone throughout the whole body. In this class you will be using equipment such as: Pilates weighted balls, soft balls, bands, Pilates rings and Pilates poles.
Suitable for intermediate level
Boxercise
Based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

HiiT
HIIT – High intensity interval Training – A plyometric training (type of exercise training that uses speed and force of different movements to build muscle power) – synced to original music, specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

- Strong (HIIT) – A class that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves, synced to original music.

Kangoo
Kangoo Jump is a high-energy fitness class that combine dance moves, running and jumping in Kangoo boots – classes are based on shoe size.

Dance
Dance and choregraphy focused, music filled, energetic fitness classes.
Classes
- Step Dance – Step aerobics is an all round classic cardio workout, delivering great results. The “step” can be at 4-inch to 12-inch height platform. Beginners should start with the step at the lowest level and raise it as confidence grows .
You step up, around, and down from the step in different patterns to music from 120 – 135 bpm. It boosts your heart rate, breathing, and strengthen lower body muscles.

Muscle, Tone & Strength
Dynamic fitness classes designed to strengthen and define your entire body using a combination of weights and resistance bands.

- Sculpt & Tone – This class focuses on targeting key muscle groups through a series of controlled, high-repetition exercises that build endurance and enhance muscle tone.
