Boxercise Classes - Wednesday 7pm

Our Boxercise class is a dynamic and invigorating workout that combines the techniques of boxing with high-energy fitness exercises. This class features a blend of punching drills, footwork, and conditioning exercises that deliver a full-body workout, enhancing cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility.

Participants engage in a variety of moves, including shadowboxing, bag work, and partner drills, all set to motivating music that keeps the energy high. With a focus on improving coordination, building muscle tone, and increasing stamina.

Pump Fit Classes - Thursday 7pm

Our Pump Fit class with Andreas is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout designed to get you lean, toned, and fit. This class combines powerful, scientifically proven moves with motivating music and expert instruction to help you achieve your fitness goals faster than ever.

Each session is structured to challenge all major muscle groups through high-rep, low-weight exercises that burn calories and build endurance. With Andreas’ dynamic coaching and the energy of the group, you’ll be inspired to push harder, reach higher, and see real results – making every workout both effective and exhilarating!
